How do I order prints?

Do you have a price list?

>>A price list is available under each print sales section, or alternatively click here

What if there is an image in the stock library I want a print of?

>>Contact me with the details of the print and I will make it available as a print.

What forms of payment do you take?

>>Cheque & cash (in person) or credit cards through Paypal

What size images can I purchase?

>>The sizes offered on site go upto 18"x12". However larger sizes and different formats e.g. canvas or acrylic are available on request.

Email address usage

>>Privacy is as important to me as you.  I will not use your email address or contact details for any purpose other than to contact you.

Print pickup

>>If you live locally and would like to pick up your prints from Fleet, just select 'Pick Up' option in the shipping pages and contact me to let me know when you will coming by to pick up your photographs.

Shipping Costs

>>Shipping costs are calculated at the end of the shopping basket process and are dependent on the size of the image you require and the urgency you require the images.

Order to Deliver Times

>>Prints will be delivered to you in the region of 3-4 days for express delivery and 7-10 days for standard delivery.

Black and White or Sepia images

>>There is an equal mix of colour and monochrome images on this site for sale.  If you specifically require an image to be in monochrome and it is displayed in colour on the site, please contact me and I will see what I can do.

Print Ratios

>>The majority of images of site are in the 3:2 ratio as this is the normal digital camera ratio. However, if you want to order a print outside of this ratio e.g. 10"x8" there will be some additional cropping. I will try and maintain the image layout and aesthetics but if I believe that the image will be compromised, I will contact you to discuss the best way forward.
